* Ages 15 and older may join Stacks Fitness with a parent's or guardians consent and can only visit during staffed hours only
* Ages 18 and older may join Stacks Fitness and receive a fob to visit during all hours of operation

**After purchasing a membership, please schedule an appointment to pick up your fob at Stacks. To schedule a time, please email info@meckafitness.com.**

Membership Changes

If you would like to cancel, suspend, or change your membership, please select the option below to fill out the form. A member of our team will contact you shortly to confirm your request within 24 hours.

Cancel Membership
All cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to your billing due date to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle. If you do not submit this request in that time frame you are charged a final membership payment.
