Dylan Snyder

Dylan started his fitness journey as a collegiate swimmer, which ultimately lead him to career in fitness and personal training. He found CrossFit in college as part of his dry land training. He took his L1 in 2013 and started coaching shortly there after. Out of the 8 years of his coaching career, 5 of those he’s held the title of Head Coach.

Dylan specializes in meeting his clients at their current level and building them up to the fitness level they desire by using proven training methods and strength and conditioning principles.

He is constantly working to increase the value and experience he can give to his clients and members through furthering his education.

With in a year in a half, I was able to lose 90 lbs. I had built up more self confidence and self esteem. My overall goal is to help them develop the same self confidence and self esteem while uncovering the best version of themselves.”

Additional PT and Programming Options

Movement Screen

  • 9 point movement screen to find mobility/flexibility limitations.

Individual Design Programming

  • Programming for the individuals goals/wants/needs.
  • Comes with the ability to use the gym as needed to be able to get programming done each week.
  • 3x/week for $100.00/month.
  • 5-6x/week for $150.00/month

Individual Programming Personal Training Hybrid

  • Programming for the individual's goals/wants/needs combined with 1, 2, or 4 Personal Training sessions per month.

Strength Assessment

  • Develop overall strength data sheet to find limitations and imbalances in full body strength. While testing full body strength we will be pushing your limits on things like deadlifts, squats, presses, gymnastic pulling and pressing, single arm and single leg variations of movements, as well as bracing mechanics.

Back To Class Programming

  • This is for anyone that needs detailed step by step direction on how to scale the class workouts depending on their movement screen and/or strength assessment results. If you are looking to still participate in class but don't know how exactly you should be scaling, this is the perfect option for you.
  • Detailed warm ups, modified skill/strength sessions, individually modified WOD’s, and specific cash outs are designed for you specifically depending on your weaknesses and imbalances and geared towards getting you back to full participation in the class WOD’s.
  • Individualized class-based programming through a dedicated mobile app.
  • This track will include weekly personal communication with your coach.
  • 3 days per week or 5-6 days a week options
  • Individual design is dependent on specific injuries and limitations of the client.
