Dylan started his fitness journey as a collegiate swimmer, which ultimately lead him to career in fitness and personal training. He found CrossFit in college as part of his dry land training. He took his L1 in 2013 and started coaching shortly there after. Out of the 8 years of his coaching career, 5 of those he’s held the title of Head Coach.
Dylan specializes in meeting his clients at their current level and building them up to the fitness level they desire by using proven training methods and strength and conditioning principles.
He is constantly working to increase the value and experience he can give to his clients and members through furthering his education.

“Growing up I was always overweight about 260lbs to be exact. At the end of my graduating year in high school I worked extremely hard to drop the weight. With in a year in a half, I was able to lose 90 lbs. I had built up more self confidence and self esteem. My overall goal is to help them develop the same self confidence and self esteem while uncovering the best version of themselves.”

Vincent thrives helping everyday people find their “inner athlete” through a combination of weightlifting, conditioning, and CrossFit methodology. He also has 10+ years of coaching middle school and high school wrestling.
